Hi my name is Adam, i am a fitness instructor based in Botley, i will travel to eastleigh, bishopstoke, fair oak, hedge end, west end, Southampton and Winchester, i offer a number of personal tailored exercise plans just for you, i also offer a number of nutrition plans which are tailored and amended to your needs and goals, i work 6 days a week, Monday-Friday 10-8.30pm and Saturday 9-4pm

PERSONAL TRAINING
1 hour session of personal training
This is a training programme aimed at exactly what you would like to achieve. you should demand top service and i provide it. In the the first hour session we sit down and talk about exactly what you want to achieve and we set all your goals,targets and time frames. In these sessions you are the boss, you tell me what you want to achieve.
this service will cost 25 pound per hour and you may book as many hours in one day as you would like

MUSCLE TONE
This one to one class is a class that aims at getting rid of bingo wings, and showing great definition, very intense 30 minute session that focus's on toning your arms

CORE STRENGTH
These classes are a one to one class that can take place in your lounge if you wish, or at my house if is more convenient for you, this class is aimed at all you ladies who look in the mirror and wish for a nicer toned tummy
intense circuit training especially aimed towards your core muscles. This session will last 40 minutes

GROUP TRAINING
I also offer group training, this is where if you get a lot of friends and come as a group, this will run as a high intensity circuit class, this also comes with a personal training voucher, this means that you and your friends will get 15% off if you would like to book a one on one session with me.
